  4. 4. Symptoms <ul><li>Migraine </li></ul><ul><li>Hair loss </li></ul><ul><li>Skin conditions </li></ul><ul><li>Joint pain </li></ul><ul><li>IBS </li></ul><ul><li>Bloating </li></ul><ul><li>Diarrhea </li></ul><ul><li>Lactose intolerance </li></ul>
