• How would you as a teacher trainer introduce the peer lesson observation?
If it’s used for summative purposes is necessary because helps to focus on specific criteria
essential to completing a reliable and valid observation.I think is necessary to discuss it at least a
week before the observer lesson is due to take place and give some information about the points
that lesson have to content.
• Which observation tasks could be interesting for your trainees? Write down some ideas.
Teaching strategies, class topic, and objective for the session, description of students.
• How would you prepare your visit with the trainee? Which information do you need before the
observation?
I need to know the date and the time, which aspects will be, evaluates, and how the observer will
development his rol.
• How long should the lesson observation last?
30 or 40 minutes
• How would you write down your feedback? Create a feedback sheet which you could use for your
future lesson observations.
