Time to Stop Wasting Time

  1. 1. Multi-Tasking!Make the most of your taskbar:Easily get to multiple programs with a single click. Enable  Quick  Launch Right click in an empty area of  the task bar. Select Toolbars,  then Quick Launch

Drag and Drop Add to your taskbar: With mouse  Drag the  Left Click 1 time  pointer over the  program icon  on program icon  program icon,  down to the task  you want to put  Press and hold  bar and release  on the task bar. the left mouse  the button button. To remove an item:Select the program icon. Press and hold the leftmouse button, then drag the program icon to thedesktop screen and release.
  3. 3. Stop Minimizing!Here’s how:Minimize or restore to and easily view thedesktop. Click Show Desktop on the Quicklaunchtoolbar on the right-side of the taskbar. From the taskbar Or right click on the  task bar and select  show desktop Press the windows icon and letter D simultaneously.
  4. 4. Navigate Open  files Click once on any open file to navigate between files.
  5. 5. The mother-in-law keyTo minimize all Windows at once, press and hold the Windows key and the letter M. This is a Windows shortcut so it works  with everything regardless of what you  have open. Once your mother‐in‐law leaves, you  can maximize all those windows again  by pressing Windows + Shift + M.

Supersize Pressing the F11 key in  It hides (most of) the  Internet Explorer puts  toolbars and expands the  you into something  web page so that it fills  called “kiosk mode”  the entire screen.that’s like the maximized  view on steroids. You can hide the top  toolbar by right‐ clicking on it and  choosing Auto‐hide. To exit kiosk mode,  just press F11 again.
