How would we measure the return of investment?(ROI)

Measuring the Return of Investment for individual training programs is difficult to do
One of their key performance measures its customer satisfaction.
They measure this through questionnaires (Customer feedback)
conducting focus groups and performing a six-monthly audit.
Digital learning makes it easier to develop a customized training product tailored to the needs of the enterprise. For these reasons enterprises are much more likes to undertake the upfront investment
