MHT-CET ( MAHARASHTRA - COMMON ENTRANCE TEST ) MHT CET - Maharashtra Health and Technology Common Entrance Examination is the single exam conducted by Maharashtra State Government for admissions to health sciences, Engineering and pharmacy courses in private, Government, Aided & Unaided Colleges in Maharashtra. MHT CET 2012 Eligibility Criteria:- A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with at least 50% aggregate marks in PCM. There is 5% relaxation for Maharashtra backward classes. MHT CET 2012 Paper Pattern:- The entrance exam for engineering entrance will consist of two papers of 1 and a half hours each: 1. Physics & Chemistry (50+50 marks) 2. Biology (100marks) 2. Mathematics (100 marks) All the questions will be objective type with 4 options each. There will be no negative marking so the candidates are advised to attempt all the questions. MHT CET 2012 Syllabus:- Syllabus of the exam will be same as HSC Examination of Board of Maharashtra. (Convert 180min. into sec.) = 10800 / 200 = 54 sec.You have only 54 Sec. to solve One Ques.In 54 sec. i) Reading the question ii) Reading the four option iii) Thinking for the correct Answer iv) Filling the circle accurately for marking the answer (Because answer are checked by optical sensor ( Scanner )GOKUL Library contain all books required to crack the national level entrance exam.

AIPMT ( ALL INDIA Pre - Medical / Dental Entrance Exam. )All India Pre-Medical / Pre –Dental Entrance Examination is conducted by CBSE generally in themonth of April.The examination is for admission to 15% of total seats in all Medical / Dental Colleges run by theUnion of India , State Governments and other local bodies, except in Andhra Pradesh and Jammu &Kashmir. PROCEDURE OF The Examination: CBSE Prepare a merit / Waiting list of candidates This isforwarded to the Director General of Health Services who allocates the seats, as per the candidate’srank in the presence of the candidate or authorized representatives. In the event of a tie between twoor more candidates, they are given preference on merit in the following order: A) The candidate who obtained higher marks in Biology, Chemistry OR Physics in the entranceexamination , or B) the Candidate order in age.ELIGIBILITY: Passed or appearing 12th class under 10 + 2 scheme conducted by any recognized Central /State Board, the candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology andEnglish individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PhysicsChemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination. In respect of candidates belonging SC/ STand OBC it is relaxed to 40 % AGE LIMIT : The candidate must have complete 17 years of age at the time of admission.RESERVATION : 15 % for SC, 7.5% ST for all BDS/MBBS courses.EXAMINATION PATTERN :The entrance examination for CBSE : AIPMT consist of two parts – Preliminary Exam.   • 3. AIIMS (ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES) The Entrance Examination for admission to to the MBBS. Course of the Institute isheld every year usually in the first week of June Test Centers are in following 9 Cities. Ahmadabad,Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Luck now and Mumbai.Academic Qualification : Passed OR appearing 12th class under 10+ 2 scheme conducted by anyRecognized central / state Board , Such as CBSE or ISCE, Maharashtra Board (With PCB) having60% of the total marks in aggregate including optional subjects. Minimum age: 17 years on the 31 December of the years of admission.Syllabus : No syllabus has been prescribed, but the standard is that of XII class under the 10 + 2 scheme.   • 4. AFMC ( ARMED FORCE MEDICAL COLLEGE )It is a Ministry of Defense Institution under the administrative control of the Director General,Armed Forces Medical Services.
