  • 2. A recipe for broth by NataliaIngredients:• some chicken• noodles• carrots• parsley• onion• celery• salt• pepperHow to do:• Put chicken, carrots, parsley, onion and celery into a pot. Add some salt and pepper. Boil everything for one hour. After that putsome noodles to the pot. Boil it for fifteen minutes. Serve soup when its hot. Enjoy you meal

A recipe for croissants by Ola• Fifty decagrams of flour• 1 Egg• Five decagrams of butter• Ten decagrams of yeast• Two spoons of sugar• fruit conserve for filling• Mix milk with two spoons of sugar and yeast. Next add flour , butter and one egg. Mix all the ingredients.Roll out the dough. Then cut out triangles of it, put stuffing in the middle of each triangle and formcroissants. Place croissants on a greased baking tray. Brush each croissant with beaten egg and put into theoven. Bake for about thirty minutes.

A recipe for salad by OlaIngredients:• One package of blue feta cheese• One can of corn• One can of red beans• One jar of of marinated onions• Two bunches of chives• Thirty decagrams of ham• One – two fresh cucumbers• Three – four tomatoes• mayonnaiseHow to prepare:• Cut ham, cucumbers and tomatoes into cubes, add drained corn and beans. Cut chieves into small particles and add them to the salad. Mix all theingredients with mayonnaise. You can season the salad with pepper and other spices to flavour. Enjoy your meal
  • 5. A recipe for chicken salad by OlaCut chicken breasts into cubes, fry for about 20 minutes in oil. Add kebab spice.Arrange the following ingredients in layers:• chicken• corn• ketchup• cucumbers or gherkins• onion cut into cubes• mayonnaise• Chinese cabbage mixed with French dressing.

A recipe for yeast buns by OlaIngredients:• 1 kilo of flour• 450 ml of milk• 20 decagrams of sugar• a pinch of salt• 20 decagrams of butter• 10 decagrams of yeast• 2 eggsCrumble:• 10 decagrams of sugar• 10 decagrams of flour• 5 decagrams of butterIn a saucepan heat the milk, next add sugar, yeast and melted butter. Mix everything with some flour and leave to rise. When the leaven is foamy, add to it the rest of flour, eggs and someraisins. Leave it to rise. When the dough is doubled in size, roll it out at about 2-3 cm and cut out cirlces with a glass. Put marmolade or jam filling on each dough circle. Form buns. Placethem on a baking tray, smear with a beaten egg and sprinkle with crumble. Bake them until they are brown.

A recipe for banana muffins by ZuziaIngredients:• 2 cups of flour• 1 egg• 2 teaspoons of baking powder• 1 cup of milk• 3/4 cup of granulated sugar• 1/3 cup of oil• 2 bananas• a pinch of salt• 8 bars of chocolatePreparation:• In one bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt.• In another bowl, whisk the egg, add milk and oil. Mix the ingredients.• Put the contents of the two bowls into one container, add chopped chocolate and bananas. Mix gently.• Put the dough in a metal or paper muffin cups and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.

A recipe for gyros salad by ZuziaIngredients:• 4 single chicken fillets, 3 onions, 1 can of corn, 5 pieces of pickled cucumbers, 1 head of Chinease cabbage,1 package of gyros spice, vegeta seasoning, mayonnaise, ketchup;Preparation:• Cut raw fillets into small cubes, fry in oil and add the the gyros spice.• Cut onions and cucumbers into thin slices, chop the cabbage finely, mix the ingredients with 1 tablespoon of vegeta seasoning.Arrange in layers:• Chicken• Onion• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise• Corn• 3 tablespoons of ketchup• Cucumbers• 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise• Cabbage• 3 tablespoons of ketchup• Corn
