In-Kind Logo Inclusion/Advertising Placement Contribution Form Brand USA and [PARTNER COMPANY] Logo Inclusion/Advertising placement Placing the Brand USA logo on your advertising, website, or collateral material increases the awareness of Brand USA in the travel space. To contribute Brand USA Logo Inclusion as In-Kind, please follow these steps: Implementation a) Partner informs Brand USA via email (inkind@thebrandusa.com) that they are willing to include the Brand USA logo on their materials b) Brand USA sends Partner the Brand USA Co-Branding guidelines for Partner to review c) artner selects Brand USA logo to be used on materials and sends mock-up to Brand USA for creative approval. P (note: Brand USA approves use of Brand USA logo only; does not approve Partner creative) d) Once In-Kind submission is ready, Partner submits completed forms and documentation to inkind@thebrandusa.com. Evaluation a) Brand USA emails Partner the In-kind Contribution Form for Partner to complete, also available at www.thebrandusa.com. The purpose of this form is to provide support documentation that is compliant with the U.S. Department of Commerce requirements b) Partner to supply support documentation for the value of the logo inclusion 1. Logo Inclusion in Advertising should be supported by: • Invoice paid by Partner showing amount paid for ad, if available • Rate card, if applicable • Proof of run: copy of the ad (PDF or hard copy, tear sheet, or affidavit) • Complete Appendix A in this packet 2. Logo Inclusion on a Website should be supported by: • f Partner charges for logo inclusion on their website, an invoice sent to previous advertiser(s) I reflecting the rate charged • Screen shot of website(s) with Brand USA logo featured • Complete Appendix A in this packet 3. If you’re putting the Brand USA logo on a domestic piece of marketing or collateral, it cannot be submitted as in-kind. This field should always be completed with “International” filled in.
