    2. 2. 1. Go to Google Chrome Web Store.2. Search and download “StayFocusd”3. Set Facebook usage at 30 minutes per day.4. Next day, try 25 min.5. Next day, try 20 minutes.6. Continue. SPEND <10 MINUTES ON FACEBOOK EVERYDAY
    3. 3. 1. Don’t bring a laptop to class.2. Close all browsers when working / studyingunless absolutely necessary.3. If working on computer, put Microsoft Word(or whatever) on full screen to avoid cues toFacebook. SPEND <10 MINUTES ON FACEBOOK EVERYDAY
    4. 4. 1. Log out of Facebook every time after checking it, so that the cookie is removed. 2. If the impulse to create a new tab for Facebook happens, do not log in. 3. Do a little victory dance for every time you don’t log in Facebook after the impulse. SPEND <10MINUTES ON FACEBOOK EVERYDAY

Write a script that displays an alert that says “Are yousure?” every time you try to log in Facebook.3. If “yes”, display a disparaging message.4. If “no”, display an encouraging message.5. Use StayFocusd to restrict Facebook use to 15-20minutes.
