He has 29 years of applied, professional, and empirical experience. He has two majors on insurance management in the
U.S., haven taken courses on \"Mechanical Engineering Technology\" in Canada. Mechanical Engineering in Universidad
Metropolitana in Caracas. Linguistics in English at Queen's University (Kingston, Ontario, Canada).
He is a corporate, cross-functional strategy consultant/manager with a multidimensional vista of the world of risk and its
concurrent administration with the omniscience perspective.
He has addressed major advisory services to top executives from Fortune-100 corporations. He has also been engaged in
consultancy and researching and multidisciplinary management.
His relationship with PDVSA for over 16 years, not only in Venezuela, also extends to London, the trader unit in Houston, and
many major U.S. operational units/divisions that were all merged into CITGO.
His global sophistication allows him to walk across several industries, organizational cultures, and complex frameworks to get
the client a set of unique, effective and creative solutions beyond customer's expectations.
Beyond methodologies such as Total Quality Assurance, Kaisen, Six Sigma, and other multidimensional approaches, he
believes that corporate strategies must be reinforced—at all times— with applied, evolutionary \"Systems Thinking,\" and other

METHOD
He is the founder of the methodology \"TRANSFORMATIVE AND INTEGRATIVE RISK MANAGEMENT,\" based on
Systems Methodology. This method was created and developed by Andres Agostini in 2005, given his over twenty years of
experience managing, thinking, and researching comprehensively complex operations—and as per a detailed perspective of
several dimensions—on (i) risk, its (ii) disruption potential, and its (iii) hidden beneficial facets (yet a long ignored flank and a

meaningful source of fiscally sound earnings). Andres Agostini originated the extensively-practiced (as standard) TAIRM
