The sport of bowling is a “life skill” activity. By this, we mean that it can be played by anyone regardless of their age or ability. The game can be played as a competitive sport or just for pleasure. The object of the game is to knock down all ten pins each time you bowl. This is done by aiming for the pocket. A bowling game consists of ten frames in which the bowler tries to knock down as many pins as possible with one or two balls in each frame.
