Chicken with sour cream and polentaFor 4 persons: • Ingredients: • 600 g chicken breast, boned, diced and without skin • 500 g sour cream • 1 onion • 1 parsley • 2 tablespoons flour • a few tablespoons of oil • salt, pepperWash the pieces of meat well,then cut the chicken into cubes.In a few tablespoons of oil we fry the meat on one side and the other until it gets well browned,season with salt and pepper to taste.When the meat is roasted take it out on a plate to drain the excess oil.In the remaining oil add the chopped onions and fry it.Add a cup of water over the meat and onion. Cover and let to boil 10 minutes suppressed, untilthe meat is fully penetrated. We take the cover and let to boil until the water drops to halfOver, add sourcream, mix and add 2 tablespoons of flour and leave it to boil 4-5 minutes, untilthe sourcream binds easily.Meanwhile,we chopp a parsley that will be added to the end and mix.Polenta250 ml. water, 1-2 cups flour corn, 2 teaspoons salt.Boil water and salt in a bowl. When the water boils, add corn flour gradually, while stirring witha whisk. When the mixture is quite thick, though still fluid, stop adding corn flour. Continue tomix for another 10-15 minutes.Remove from stove and serve hot with favorite dish.
