  6. 6. A good Manager needs to be a good Leader: Leaders Provide long-term guidance and a clear vision Leaders create an effective synergy among employees, organizational tasks and themselves. A Leader is someone you follow. A Leader controls, organizes and inspires their followers. A good leader inspires people to have confidence in the leader and themselves.

  10. 10. Time Management Time-Management: Putting time to the best possible use Managers should spend more of their time working on important tasks. To manage time you need to be an effective delegator Effective delegation is a prerequisite for building a smoothly operating time schedule
  11. 11. Communication Encourage employees to express their needs. Figure out how you can help employees satisfy needs Show employees your commitment to helping them accomplish their goals. Help employees see the connection between their own goals. Good communication also leads to good team building.
