    • Policy must be able to balance and bridge innovation, competitiveness, internationalization, entrepreneurship and education
    • Many European regions (including Sweden) will need to strenghten its entrepreneurial activities, i.e. accelerating Entrepreneurship as well as innovation
    • A Regional Policy should acknowledge the importance of the individual (e.g. creative people and entrepreneurs)
