    • Absence from work without permission, or being absent, the employee fails to advise or inform his Company Coordinator will give rise to a presumption of absence from work without leave if not explained satisfactorily and the offenses are committed within one (1) month.

    • 6. Tampering, defacing, damaging or destroying Company property or other person’s property in trust or in custody of the Company, willfully or through gross negligence.
