  • In addition to teaching classes like this one, we also offer open lab during times when no classes are scheduled. Open Lab: SAM is Smart Access Manager You may reserve a computer if you have a Cleveland Public Library or Greater Access card. Reservations may be made up to one day in advance. Contact information for CLC can be found on the last page of your handout. Patrons are provided up to (2) one hour sessions in CLC daily. If you have a special project that merits more time, CLC staff will try to accommodate your needs. Save materials on Floppy Disks available in Circulation & Gift Shop

Patron Survey 2009 <ul><ul><li>Patrons were asked, “What do you want from your library?” They chose their top three. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>32.4% said “Use of a computer” </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>17.3% said “Help with job search” </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>30.6% said “Free Internet access” </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>16.9% said “Free downloads” </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>These answers were FOUR of the top 10 (Books of course were #1!) </li></ul></ul>
