    1. Mitosis Flip Book
      By Ana Sonea
    2. Interphase
At this point in the cell, various functions are carried out in the cell. The chromatin is unwinded and the nuclear membrane and nucleolus is seen.
    3. Mitosis (Prophase)
Early Prophase: At this stage, The Spindle fibres start to form, the nuclear membrane begins to disappear, as well as the nucleolus.
    4. Mitosis (Late Prophase)
Spindle fibres complete forming. Spindle fibres attach to centromeres, and the nucleus disappears.
    5. Metaphase
In metaphase, the spindle fibres pull the chromosomes into a horizontal line across the cell.
    6. Anaphase
The spindle fibres continue to pull on the chromosomes and the chromosomes split in half and start splitting towards the opposite sides of the cell.
    7. Telophase
At this stage, the final stage of mitosis, the nuclear membrane begins to form, the nucleolus is visible and the spindle fibres disappear.
    8. Cytokinesis
At this point of the cell cycle, the two daughter cells separate and are two equal cells.
