As of September 2008, he is Co-Chair of the RLG Programs Roundtable and a member of the Description Section Steering Committee, the Metadata and Digital Object Roundtable Steering Committee, the Technical Subcommittee on Descriptive Standards, and the Web Working Group, all of the Society of American Archivists (SAA).
