  • 3. Introduction
Kimono (着物) is a Japanese traditional clothing worn by men, woman and children. There are different types of kimonos. You wear different types of kimonos in different seasons.
  • 4. yukata
Yukata (浴衣) is a summer kimono. It is usually worn by woman, but is also worn by men. It is usually worn in special occasions like funerals, weddings, tea ceremonies and etc. I think my favourite is the Yukata because of the pretty design.
  • 5. Yukata 2
The back of a Yukata has a big ribbon and the front has a belt kind of thing around the waist. The ribbon is also apart of the belt thing.
  • 6. Hakama
Hakama (袴) another type of kimono. There are two different types of Hakama. Umanori(馬乗り), horse-riding. Andonbakama (行灯袴?, lit., lantern) is another type. Hakama was originally for men,but today men and woman wear it. It is worn on top of Kimono.
