Introduction Kimono (着物) is a Japanese traditional clothing worn by men, woman and children. There are different types of kimonos. You wear different types of kimonos in different seasons.
yukata Yukata (浴衣) is a summer kimono. It is usually worn by woman, but is also worn by men. It is usually worn in special occasions like funerals, weddings, tea ceremonies and etc. I think my favourite is the Yukata because of the pretty design.
Yukata 2 The back of a Yukata has a big ribbon and the front has a belt kind of thing around the waist. The ribbon is also apart of the belt thing.
Hakama Hakama (袴) another type of kimono. There are two different types of Hakama. Umanori(馬乗り), horse-riding. Andonbakama (行灯袴?, lit., lantern) is another type. Hakama was originally for men,but today men and woman wear it. It is worn on top of Kimono.
