An extensive “voice of the customer” research programme was conducted across Europe which resulted in the identification of opportunities for product/service innovation. Parioforma through a series of interactive workshops and facilitation sessions with the client, developed a series of “sales tools” and an innovative marketing communications event. Tier I Aerostructure Manufacturer To understand opportunities for composite materials (CM) in primary aircraft structures, wind energy and in the rail sectors The team surveyed the global composites landscape to identify emerging process technologies and novel feed materials. Results were interpreted to provide recommendations on process capability requirements as well as to identify additional commercially attractive industry segments relevant to the plant’s CM technical capability.
