    • Founded in 2003 by Rick Newton, a highly successful consulting professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience integrating and managing information technology.
      • 7 years of mainline IT functional and technical management experience.
      • 15 years of Tier 1 consulting experience, over 10 of those years in formal leadership roles.
    • Rick saw the continuing unmet opportunity within the marketplace for flexible delivery of premium IT consulting services that were tailored to client needs and budgets.
    • Rick envisioned an organization based on professionalism, integrity, attention to customer service, and shared sacrifice and reward.
    • With this vision in place, Newton Consulting has quickly grown to a team of 25 employees and 26+ subcontractors.
    • In 2007, it became clear that people are the most valuable resource in successful organizations.
      • In an effort to help other organizations find and hire a quality workforce, Newton Consulting launched its second major service line, “HR Vision Implementers,” in 2007.
      • Newton Consulting’s RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Practice now partners with organizations to outsource portions or the entirety of their hiring function to a qualified outsourcing partner.
