BAD : - some people are so sad that they have no energy and mind to meet people. Meditate meditate to improve mood, decrease stress, achieve mental recovery. GOOD : - effective, proven way to calm, fill one’s heart, and reflect back on oneself. - easy to become habitual for people going through and after hard times. BAD : - many don’t know how to so cannot do it by themselves. - not familiar in western culture.
