  2. 2. Create an Account <ul><li>Visit www.screencast.com </li></ul><ul><li>Click the sign up link </li></ul><ul><li>Enter required information </li></ul><ul><li>Click the radio button for the Free Account </li></ul><ul><li>View the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy </li></ul>

Upload Content <ul><li>In the “My Library” area, click the Upload Content button </li></ul><ul><li>Click the Browse button and locate the desired PowerPoint or avi file </li></ul><ul><li>Click Open </li></ul><ul><li>Click Close </li></ul><ul><li>If you have uploaded a PowerPoint Presentation, the content cannot be embedded </li></ul>

View Content <ul><li>Click the thumbnail of the file you have uploaded </li></ul><ul><li>Click the Share tab to display the url associated with this file </li></ul><ul><li>Copy the url (if you wish to send it to others) and paste it into an email or discussion board post to share </li></ul><ul><li>If the item is a PowerPoint presentation, you must download it to view it. </li></ul><ul><li>Click Download this media link. </li></ul>
