    • We want to inform as many young people as possible about the 1 euro museums. This in the most direct way: catching them where they are!

  15. Bringing the museum to the people We travel around the country with our 1 euro caravan. We bump into youngsters on their first studentparty, at their favorite music festival, … We inform and motivate them to visit the 1 euro museums .
  16. Ghent Festivities summer 2008 a Popular Cultural Festival
  17. Making a museum on the Festival 10 young artists go to Pukkelpop, an international recognized music festival. Together with the visitors they turned the festival into a museum. Also our promoteam was present!

    • Museum Cycling Tour Sporty start:
    • 23 enthousiastic youngsters discover the 23 “1 euro museums” by bike.
    • Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Bert Anciaux is riding ahead!
  22. Party at the Museum The cycling tour ended at the Royal Museum of Fine Arts in Antwerp, where about 1000 youngsters celebrated the launch of the “1 euro museums”
  23. Let’s swim! About 150 youngsters take an ice cold dive at the Sportimonium, museum of sports. Since the first of January the Sportimonium and two other useum, FotoMuseum & Huis van Alijn, join the “1 euro museums”!
