  1. 1. 5440 Castlewood Road Dallas Texas • Overview of the upper roof. We plan on sealing all the penetrations on this roof including pipes and curbs using asphalt membrane imbedded in roof cement. • Overview of lower rear roof area. We will seal all penetrations here as well. We will also repair the seam at the rear edge since it looks like it may be a leak issue.
  2. 2. 5440 Castlewood Road Dallas Texas • This is where the upper roof meets the lower side roof. We will seal this wall flashing with roof cement and membrane. • This is showing one of the curbs on the main roof. We will apply a sealant to the roof flashing where membrane meets the curb as mentioned earlier.
  3. 3. 5440 Castlewood Road Dallas Texas • This is the EPDM (rubber) roof over the back area. • Both skylights on this roof section have gaps on all four corners. We will seal all four corners of both the skylights.
  4. 4. 5440 Castlewood Road Dallas Texas • This is the metal drip edge flashing at the rear of the rubber roof section. The metal has come loose here. We will attach the loose metal back to the roof edge. • This is the corner where the loose metal meets the parapet wall. There is a large gap here. We will seal this gap when we re-attach the metal.
  5. 5. 5440 Castlewood Road Dallas Texas • This is one of the skylights on the upper side roof. We will seal the flashings around these skylights but we will also seal where the plastic part of the skylight meets the metal curb. • A view of the skylights I am referring too. We will be doing the same thing to the skylights on the lower roof also.
