  1. 1.  Reservation is part of Front Office Department which have duties for handling reservation both of personal,travel agent , or by company. Reservasi adalah suatu bagian dari departemen front office yang bertugas dalam menangani pemesanan kamar baik secara personal, Travel Agent , maupun dari company .
  2. 2. Complete the data :- Guest’s Name- Address- Contact Person- Company Address- Length Of Stay- Check- Out Date- Special Request- Methode Of Payment
  3. 3. - Confirmed- Tentative- Double Book- Same Day Reservation- 6 PM release- Overbook- Waiting List
  4. 4. - Guaranteed Reservation example : Reservation by Travel Agent, or Company- Non Guaranteed Reservation Personal so as Reservation Staff should tell the caller about the 6 PM release status
  5. 5.  Prepare Daily Reservation report every morning Filing today reservation form dan Voucher- Voucher. Answer Incoming Call with the Apropriate Manner Handling Reservation by Phone,Email, Fax, Check fax , copy voucher , guarantee letter everyday Make Sure every Reservation have complete data. Follow Up and resolve if their any problems related to reservation example cancellaton reservation, no show .
  6. 6.  Upselling About Hotel Facilities , and explain benefit,type of rooms,price and location Establish Good Cooperation with the Guest Updating Contract Agreement from Travel Agent and Company Make Sure about Metode Of Payment Informed to the guest about 6 PM Release
