Definition of Non-Active Users:• Users who have chosen to ‘deactivate’ their profile – Inactive Users• Users who have not logged for 12 months or more – Idle Users Curriculum Management and eLearning Department Directorate for Quality and Standards in Education Ministry for Education and Employment

  4. 4. • Action taken locally: Short (1page) survey sent to inactive/ idle users• Constraints: some emails had changed (due to migration from Educ>iLearn system; defunct ISPs)• Approximate size of sample went down to 600 from original 769 due to above• 94 participants responded as at 9.05.12 Curriculum Management and eLearning Department Directorate for Quality and Standards in Education Ministry for Education and Employment
