RESEARCH DESIGN <ul><li>Universe of the study: Whole population of Ghaziabad city who visit malls like Shipra, EDM, Pacific and Ansal plaza… </li></ul><ul><li>Sampling Design: </li></ul><ul><li>Sample Size : Sample size of 160 Customers. </li></ul><ul><li>Sampling Technique : As no sampling frame of the population was available, samples for the study were chosen by using random sampling due to its time and cost feasibility. There was an Interaction with the customers at random basis to gain the information. </li></ul><ul><li>Data Collection : A structured questionnaire with rating scale is used to collect primary data. </li></ul><ul><li>Statistical Tools Used : Z – test is used as a test to verify the different objectives. </li></ul>

FINDINGS <ul><li>75%Consumers frequently visit malls in Ghaziabad. </li></ul><ul><li>Frequency of customer visit malls in Ghaziabad are prefer to visit in percentage as-55% SHIPRA ,19% EDM,18%PACIFIC,8% ANSAL PLAZA. </li></ul><ul><li>Consumer most prefer to visit the mall for 62%food, 71%shopping, 48% leisure 57% location, 12% entertainment( other then movies ) and 18% movies. </li></ul><ul><li>Customer preference towards a particular mall is for 70% ambience, 13%floor directory, 15% security, 33%parking, 51% cleanliness, 30% event promotion, 18% crowd, 42% infrastructure. </li></ul>

SUGGESTION <ul><li>Malls should increase more new varieties of products, brands and schemes to attract number of guests in malls as consumer who prefer malls on shopping than other attributes. </li></ul><ul><li>Malls should give more consideration on Events and Promotion in malls. </li></ul><ul><li>There should increase in variety of food outlets and price schemes to magnetize customers in malls. </li></ul><ul><li>Malls should consider on there location as a diverse consumer comes through it. </li></ul><ul><li>Ambience and cleanliness of malls plays a major role in pulling customers towards a particular mall. </li></ul><ul><li>Infrastructure of malls should be attractive to capture more number of customers. </li></ul><ul><li>Parking is influencing factor to attract privilege customers in mall. </li></ul><ul><li>Consumer security is a factor which increase there frequency of visit in a malls. </li></ul>
  26. 26. <ul><li>Out of 160 customers, 120 customers are frequently visit malls in Ghaziabad. </li></ul><ul><li>A total of 55% customers prefer to visit SHIPRA mall, 19% EDM, 18% PACIFIC MALL and 8% ANSAL PLAZA. </li></ul><ul><li>More number of consumer most prefer to visit the mall for shopping, food and due to location. </li></ul><ul><li>There is increase in number of consumer to visit a particular mall in Ghaziabad due to ambience, cleanliness & infrastructure of the malls. </li></ul>Conclusion
