  • 7. If an egg breaks with outside force,
    a life ends.
If an egg breaks with inside force,
    a life begins.
    Transformation begins from inside.
  • 8. Self Management
“The carrot always wins over the stick.
Ask your horse. You can lead your horse to water, but try manage him to drink.
If you want to manage somebody,
    manage yourself.
Do that well and you’ll be ready to stop managing. And start leading."
    United Technologies Corp
  • 9. “Only one man in a thousand
is a leader of men –
    the other 999 follow women.”
    Groucho Marx
  • 10. Thoughts become things
Raja Yoga technique of thought control
“Cultivate positive virtuous thoughts of mercy, forgiveness, integrity, generosity, humility, etc., in the your mind. The negative vicious thoughts of hatred, anger, greed, pride, etc. will die by themselves. It is difficult to destroy the evil thoughts by attacking them directly..”
    Swami Sivananda
  • 11. To invite miracles into your life, you need to match wavelength of your thoughts
    with vibrations of the universe
just like you tune a radio.
    Dr AmitNagpal
  • 12. Don’t worry about the debacle;
it’s only a preparation for the miracle
    Let the beautiful thoughts flow,
and soon you will see the glow
Let the positive emotions run high,
a smile will soon replace the sigh
Spoil the child in you and,
just relax and spare the rod
The success will be mind blowing,
if you retain the faith in God.
    Dr AmitNagpal
  • 13. Wisdom & Awareness
    “A childish person seeks knowledge,
    a growing up seeks wisdom
and a grown up seeks awareness.”
“Awareness is the beginning of the leadership journey. Self-awareness is the beginning of the awareness journey. Spirituality is the beginning of the self-awareness journey”
    Dr AmitNagpal
  • 14. Living in the Moment
“The aim of life is to live, and to live means to be aware, joyously, drunkenly, serenely, divinely aware.” Henry Miller
“Either we live in the past-the guilt, the grudges, the memories or we live in the future-the expectations, the plans, the worries and the gift of the present is ruined in the process”. Dr Daisaku Ikeda
  • 15. Be conscious of your energy
Pay attention to the energy you send into the world. Is it positive or is it negative?
As you pay attention, you find it easier to have more conscious choice about the energy you want to manifest.
Our unconscious primitive ego creates "knee jerk" responses that, more often than not, cause us to manifest negative energy.
  • 16. Awareness Meditation
In Awareness meditation (a type of meditation) one simply observes what is coming up in one’s awareness by naming or expressing loudly what one is going through
For a person who is truly aware, it is easy to connect with his consciousness to seek wisdom, happiness and emotional strength from his own spirit
  • 17. Silence and Decision making
“If A = Success, then the formula is
    A = X + Y + Z, where
    X is work,
    Y is play,
and Z is keeping your mouth shut.”
    Albert Einstein
Silent mind & Meditation result in peace of mind, which result in clarity and better decisions.
  • 18. My student kept on speaking. Gave her few hints. Finally I lost my patience,
"People who talk too much, are very enthusiastic.. are bubbly personalities But the bubble bursts."
  • 19. “On the journey from mindless to mindful:
Some people seek mind-blowing experiences. Some people seek mind-growing experiences. Some people seek mind-bowing experiences. Some people seek mind-glowing experiences. Some have stopped seeking altogether. For them the ordinary mind is the buddha-mind.”
    NithyaShanti
  • 20. Manager vs Leader
    Essentially,
The manager administers and the leader innovates... (awareness)The manager focuses on systems and structure; the leader focuses on people. (compassion)The manager relies on control; the leader inspires trust. (God in people)The manager has a short range view; the leader has a long range perspective. (soul never dies)The manager asks 'how' and 'when'; the leader asks 'what' and 'why'... (wisdom)The manager is a copy, the leader is an original."
  • 21. “All truth passes through three stages.

to be the limits of the world.
    A few don't.
    Join them! “
    SyedMohd. Qasim
  • 26. “To lead people walk beside them.
As for the best leaders people do not notice their existence.
The next best people honour and praise.
    The next people fear;
    and the next people hate.
When the best leader’s work is done,
people say, ‘We did it ourselves’”
    Lao Tsu
  • 27. True Leadership
    “A leader is one

  • 33. “Two things are infinite:
    the universe and human stupidity;
and I'm not sure about the universe.”
    Albert Einstein
  • 34. “When you become a no nonsense person, even life starts behaving itself.”
    Dr AmitNagpal
