Step 1 Remove your negative thoughts <ul><li>First of all make a list of your negative emotions (eg. anger, grudges and so on). </li></ul><ul><li>We all have one strong negative trait (also called tragic weakness), which often stops us from finding peace and happiness. </li></ul><ul><li>Make an effort that negative thoughts do not stay in your mind for a long time.
