    10. METHODOLOGY Global Provider Maps: Top 20 cities in country, in terms of number of oDesk providers, are included. Cities must have minimum of 20 providers. Hourly Rates vs. oDesk Average Charts: Assignments on or after January 1, 2007, with greater than 0 hours and greater than a $1.11 hourly rate are included. This is the average rate of actual work performed, not the rates listed in providers’ personal profiles.
