    16. Our 3 Biggest Needs 1. Outstanding Young Faculty Fellowships Helps narrow compensation gap and attract young faculty; through seed grants for research, and honorariums that double the take-home pay. 2. Research Scholar Travel Awards Enables each research student to travel to at least one international conference during their study. 3. Prominent Visitor Faculty Program Enables short teaching visits from prominent alumni and researchers abroad, by covering travel costs (rest is covered by IIT).
