Advantageous, that we as a headhunting company know many experts
from different branches – we also manage to motivate new candidates
because of professional appearance and IT specific experience.
In order of a worldwide leading supplier of customer risk management
software, i.e. we were asked to find three software architects. The special
challenge: Our client was searching for experienced developer specialists
that besides excellent java programming skills also have branch specific
knowledge in segment customer risk management. It was important that
candidates would have experience in web and backend development to
directly start working on customer projects.
We found one of the specialists in our expert pool and therefore present
our client a new employee within 24 hours. This person was employed
two weeks later and is still working for that company.
We could recruite another worker through online adverts on xing.de and
monster.de within a short period of time, too. We found the third
candidate trough direct contact within 2 months.
