maintenance and telecommunication. Polymer plant annual turnaround shut down and
starts up planning, execution, internal equipment observation.
 Technical staff management, training needs identification, recommendation, and after
training assessment.
 Worked as member core team, for certification of ISO-9001, OHSAS-18001 and EMS-
14001 in DSF.
 Effective skills in interpersonal communications, supervision, effective decision making,
