Galas & Parties

Create the perfect ambience for any event with fabric swags and lighting.

Up-lighting, mood lighting is simple, cost effective and eloquent. In addition to up-lighting, pin spot lighting will accent your tables, centerpieces, or any area you want to bring focus to.

Gobo lighting and color wash on the floor create a special area for dancing. Up-lighting the pillars adds warmth to the room. Lighting the proscenium arch creates a striking effect bringing focus to the stage. A follow spot (shown on back wall) can be selected in a variety colors. Here the follow spot and dance floor lighting are a perfect match and compliment the colors used to light the proscenium arch. Add ceiling lighting to vivify your event.

Color wash highlights the walls and serving stations. For that extra touch, patterned lighting was displayed on the floor. For a contemporary look a truss support was used to light the food station.

Geo forms and lighting can be used as backdrops for corporate events or any event to add dimension. Lighting patterns and textures add pizzazz! For a variety of scenes, patterns can be projected on the stage and backdrop. Intelligent moving fixtures create dramatic looks.

Fashion & Bridal Shows

For perfect video recording and image magnification, proper lighting is an extremely important aspect for fashion shows. RCS provides services for numerous fashion and bridal shows each year and has the expertise for flawless productions. We can provide the “total production package”: audio, audio technicians, video screens and cameras, camera operators, staging, runway, lighting, lighting technicians, podium and scenic elements.

Runway lighting can be tricky and if not done properly can cast shadows. Stage wash provides ideal viewing conditions for a perfect presentation of the white bridal gowns. Moving lights add a Twilight look on the ceiling. Intelligent moving fixtures create dramatic looks

For this “Target” sponsored event, the “Target” logo was displayed on the floor. Light covers for pillar up-lighting, provide both safety and a polished look. Video screens, stunning backdrop, lectern and audio system set the stage for this awards ceremony.
