Welcome, From the BDPA President … It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 34th Annual Na%onal BDPA Technology Conference. This year, the conference will aTract a record number of IT Professionals from around the Monique Berry President, BDPA country. It is the organiza%on’s largest networking opportunity of the year hos%ng more than 400 professionals, students and corporate par%cipants. The oﬃcial conference dates are Aug. 1-‐4. But we are especially pleased to partner with The America21 Project to convene a cataly%c Leadership Dinner on July 31 that will bring together IT, educa%on, industry and public policy leaders, along with high-‐ growth entrepreneurs and investors, to engage in a thought-‐ provoking no-‐holds-‐barred in-‐depth analysis and discussion about moving Black America into the 21st century global innova%on economy in exponen%al fashion.
