  • 2. Don’t Hire Consultants – Build a Team
  • 3. Find investors that GET IT…and come with other investors If you are still trying to figure out your value proposition…then don’t raise money. BOOT STRAP
  • 4 . Customers that pay but can’t scale aren’t good customers.
