Aprendizaje Formal learning : learning typically provided by an education or training institution, structured (in terms of learning objectives, learning time or learning support) and leading to certification. Formal learning is intentional from the learner’s perspective. Non-formal learning : learning that is not provided by an education or training institution and typically does not lead to certification. It is, however, structured (in terms of learning objectives, learning time or learning support). Non-formal learning is intentional from the learner’s perspective. Informal learning : learning resulting from daily life activities related to work, family or leisure. It is not structured (in terms of learning objectives, learning time or learning support) and typically does not lead to certification. Informal learning may be intentional but in most cases it is non-intentional (or “incidental”/ random). El aprendizaje y el conocimiento se apoyan en la diversidad de opiniones El aprendizaje es un proceso que consiste en la conexión de nodos especializados o fuentes de información El aprendizaje puede residir en “entidades” no humanas La capacidad para saber más es más importante que el conocimiento que se posee en cada momento La realización y mantenimiento de las conexiones es clave para facilitar el aprendizaje continuo La capacidad para ver las conexiones entre ideas, campos de conocimiento y conceptos es una habilidad clave El objetivo de toda actividad “conectiva” de aprendizaje es disponer de conocimiento actualizado y fiable en todo momento (‘ currency ’) La toma de decisiones es en sí mismo un proceso de aprendizaje . Elegir qué aprender y el significado de la información que recibimos se ve desde la óptica de una realidad cambiante. Una respuesta correcta hoy, puede no serlo mañana debido a las alteraciones producidas en el “clima” informativo en que se enmarca la decisión. Resumiendo Estamos en la Red; somos redes: Los tradicionales entornos virtual y real se mezclan, siendo uno la extensión del otro, sin discontinuidades . Nuestras redes sociales se representan en la Red por medio de redes sociotécnicas complejas. Aprender no es distinto de vivir: El aprendizaje se integra con los entornos personal, laboral/profesional, familiar.. . Aprendemos mientras trabajamos, vivimos y nos relacionamos. Esta realidad integra de forma natural los conceptos de aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida (LLL) aprendizaje autodirigido (SDL) o el aula extendida (sin muros). La Web de Nueva Generación : El cambio de estadio evolutivo en la Red coincide con la llegada de “la generación red” y nos presenta una ejemplo claro de coevolución sociedad-(info)tecnología . Hay vida más allá del constructivismo (social) : Surgen herramientas cognitivas innovadoras, que integran la realidad de los nuevos entornos de aprendizaje en la Red .
