    7. 7. THE SYLLABUS A situational presentation of new sentences patterns  Drill to practices the sentence patterns
    8. 8. SITUATIONAL LANGUAGE TEACHING (SLT) OBJECTIVES  Accuracy pronunciation and grammar  Ability to respond in speech situation  Control of basic structures and sentences patterns
    9. 9. ADVANTAGES In the teaching of grammar patterns has contribude to the survival of approach until now, SLT is still attractive to many teacher
    10. 10. DISADVANTAGES • Children do not acquire their mother tongue through repetition and habit formation
    11. 11. PROCEDURE Procedure move from oral use of sentences patterns to their automatic use in speech, reading and writing
