      Why is it important to eat healthy?
    • Physically Active:
      What can we do to exercise?
    • Different ways of exercise:
      *Playing Sports:
      -tennis
      -soccer
      -basketball
      -baseball
      -gymnastics
      -cheer
      *Taking pets on walks!
      *Family bike ride!
    • Billy wakes up to play

      VERY HEALTHY!

    • What is the healthiest drink?
    • Why Water?
      Water helps remove the dangerous toxins that your body takes in from the air you breathe.
      Water helps regulate your body temperature.
      You need water to keep your metabolism working properly

    • On average, everyone should drink 8 glasses of water a day
    • Grocery Shopping!
      Next time you are at the store with Mom or Dad, suggest to stay on the OUTSIDE isles.
      Once you get on the inside is where the junk food comes in
    • Healthy Snack Choices
    • Unhealthy Food Choices
      All of these choices are okay every once in a while 
    • What are things we can do at home?
      Suggest to eat lots for fruits and veggies!
      Encourage family fitness nights! 
      Take your dog on a family walk
      This will help with fitness and family bonding!
