  • 5. Market Opportunity • How big is the market? • How much opportunity is there for growth?
  • 6. Demo • How does your business solve the problem addressed in the previous slide? • Demonstrate what you do. • Use a video or a live screenshare here.
  • 7. Sales and Marketing • What tactics and strategies will you use to reach your market? • What is your growth strategy and how do you plan to achieve it?
  • 8. Business Model • Who is your primary customer and how do you plan to make money? • What sort of business model are you following? • Revenue and # of customers
  • 9. Forecast [Financials] • 3-5 years of financial projections • Chart your assumptions about expenses, customer acquisition and revenue
  • 10. Competition • Who is the competition? • What is your advantage over the competition?
  • 11. Status and Milestones • Any achievements you’ve had to date. • What your plans are for the future.
