HCD Operational Consultancy Services (OCS) PHEL is involved in multi-dimensional and diverse range of operationally focused activities, which entails analysis of products, market, operational feasibility, customer behaviour & preferences, developing and implementing process work flows for overall efficiency of the operations. Also, assisting our clients in identifying and developing core competencies to help achieve competitive advantages in terms of product, technology, management, capacity control, and asset management and capital control.
