    6. Our Working Cycle
      • Raw Material Testing :
      • On the receipt of the Raw-Material -
      • The weight verification is done . We have an In-House weigh bridge which weighs up to 30 tones.
      • After this the manual bar counting is done and simultaneously lot code is given for each heat number followed by placing of material separately .
      • The following test are carried on before material is approved for production:
      • Up-Setting Test
      • Chemical Composition Checking
      • Jomeny Checking
      • Acid-Pickle and Crack Testing
      • Inclusion Checking
      •  
      • Or any other specific test which is demanded by the Customer
      • Forging:
      • The raw-material is cut according to the established Cut weight.
      •  
      • According to the job weight, hammer selection is done.
      •  
      • Heating the raw-material is done in a continuous - temperature controlled oil fired furnace
      • During forging process dimensional inspection's are also carried out by dedicated supervisors
      •  
      • Forged material are collected in Pallets and moved for heat treatment As per drawing specification Heat – Treatment is carried out in the below given ways: Normalizing, Hardened Tempered, ISO –Thermal Ana lying.
      • The Material is allowed to cool and moved for Micro Structure Test and Hardness Test (100% of HT Jobs) this confirms for various parameters.
