Our Working Cycle Raw Material Testing : On the receipt of the Raw-Material - The weight verification is done . We have an In-House weigh bridge which weighs up to 30 tones. After this the manual bar counting is done and simultaneously lot code is given for each heat number followed by placing of material separately . The following test are carried on before material is approved for production: Up-Setting Test Chemical Composition Checking Jomeny Checking Acid-Pickle and Crack Testing Inclusion Checking Or any other specific test which is demanded by the Customer

The weight verification is done . We have an In-House weigh bridge which weighs up to 30 tones.

Heating the raw-material is done in a continuous - temperature controlled oil fired furnace During forging process dimensional inspection's are also carried out by dedicated supervisors Forged material are collected in Pallets and moved for heat treatment As per drawing specification Heat – Treatment is carried out in the below given ways: Normalizing, Hardened Tempered, ISO –Thermal Ana lying.
