    2. PERSONAL BRAND STATEMENT
      I am a PR student fascinated by the “it” factor in trends. Followme as I explore and report on what it means to be cool in pop culture, fashion and music.
    3. GOALS
      Create an authentic personal brand by exploring my interest in trends and the forces that propel them.
    4. OBJECTIVES
      Create a blog – The “It” Blog – to be updated regularly, with at least 1 post a week.
      Increase my presence on Twitter by establishing 50 followers by the end of December.
      Make 5 comments on other related blogs.
      Gain relevant volunteer experience.
    5. SWOT
      Strengths:
      strong writer, passionate about trends, creative, professional, quick learner
      Weaknesses:
      little experience online, not a strong presence online yet
      Opportunities:
      develop connections with professionals, access to new audiences, ability to showcase my talents and skills in an interactive format
      Threats:
      interests may be too diverse to gather a loyal following, new social media platforms emerge constantly, others may have competing brands
