    Out of 20 seniors:
    10 (50%) have 2 parents with full time jobs.
    8 (40%) have 1 parent with a full time job.
    2 (10%) have no parents with a full time job.
    11 (55%) said their parents are usually stressed
    11 (55%) said their parents stress has an effect on their relationship with them
    11 (55%) said they are usually stressed
    11 (55%) said their stress has an effect on their relationship with their parents
  • 3. Both parents work
    Out of 10 seniors
    10 (100%) said they are close to their parents
    5 (50%) said their parents are usually stressed
    5 (50%) said their parents stress has an effect on their relationship
    5 (50%) said they are usually stressed
    5 (50%) said their stress has an effect on their relationship with their parents
  • 4. One parent works
    Out of 8 seniors:
    6 (75%) said they are close to their parent who works
    6 (75%) said they are close to their parent who doesn’t work
    4 (50%) said their parents are usually stressed
    4 (50%) said their parents stress has an effect on their relationship with them
    5 (63%) said they are usually stressed
    4 (50%) said their stress has an effect on their relationship with their parents

    Out of 2 seniors:
    Both said they were close to their parents
    Both said their parents are usually stressed
    Both said their parents stress has an effect on their relationship with them
    Both said they are usually stressed
    Both said their stress has an effect on their relationship with their parents
  • 6. Outcome
    Most families have someone who is stressed.
    According to the data I think stress does have an effect on family relationships.
    I do not think that families with parents who work are more likely to have some type of stress in them then families with parents who don’t work.

    Stress effects the amount of time we spend with our families
    It also effects our moods
    Our moods effect how our relationships with our families are
    Stress can make people more irritable

    When people are stressed there is more conflict in families
    People are more irritable and it makes it harder to communicate
    When there are little conflicts they tend to blow up easier

    Get a massage
    Stretching
    Get rid of bad habits
    Interact with others
    Meditation
    Changing your surroundings
  • 12. How this relates to Twisted.
    In Twisted Tyler does not have a very good relationship with his parents. This is mostly caused by his fathers stresses at work. Tyler is also stressed himself which just adds to the tension between him and his father.
