  • Introduction: I am Scott Bell, CTO and Co-Founder of Alianza: Alianza started as a VoIP Service Provider focusing on businesses in Mexico. We built our own platform complete with Softswitch, Media Servers, Billing, Auto-Provisioning, customer facing web portals as well as Back Office web portals complete with a case management system. (Originally we used a class 4 telecom switch and billing system, home-made website and some duct tape. We learned our lessons, raised money and built it right.) My Formal Education was in Accounting, my in-formal education in IT, I have been in the Telecom Industry for about 8 years
