About Standby Stationary • Standby Stationary is retail business that will operate in stationary market • Selling and providing stationary products and services to its target customers. • It is going to be the place for easy stationary shopping in Yemen using different market techniques and methods.

Mission ‘’ Is to provide customers with an outstanding array of stationery supplies while concurrently offering an extensive line of stationary customization services for events and businesses within the target market’’ Vision Is to extend our serving range all over Sana'a within the next five years furthermore all over Yemen within ten years.
  5. 5. Business idea Our business idea in Standby Stationary is to focus in certain customer segment:  By offering them special offers to satisfy their needs,  Therefore provide online shopping for business customers.
  6. 6. Ownership and Capital needed Our business is going to be equally owned by four partners who are going to collectively contribute $12,000 as equity capital. In addition to that, we are also going to make a loan of $18,000 which is going to make the total capital needed to start the business $30,000. This money is going to be used to buy the different machinery to be used in the business, inventory, set up shop and to sustain us in the first quarter.
