Europe wide geographical scope • Provide source markets the possibility to offer new products (new niches market: including variety of complementary offer) • Basic management tools for hoteliers: PMS, Channel Manager, BI, CRS → free until July 2014 • Compatible existing IT systems. Business model (*) • Free for 50 companies in destinations during pilots phase • As from end of the project (July 2014), maintenance fee to be paid: • 1-2% comission fee per transaction is possible • With a minimun amount between 500/1.000€ per year depending on the dimensions of accommodation Hoteliers to inform about values achieved along year → help partners define right costs after July 2014 Companies in the pilot will have special conditions!! (*)The costs, the business model and the governance model has to be approved by HOTREC and the European Commission. This is a first approach not validated yet 13
