    • What is the added value for customers and partners?
      • This joining of forces provides further proof of Comptel’s strategic intention to become the leader in the OSS market. Our customers and partners will value the more complete offering of the combined company in terms of solutions, expertise and resources. This offering provides our customers and partners with the opportunity to build and extend a reliable and extensive partnership for the future with a true independent software vendor whose focus remains on providing market leading OSS solutions.
    • What will happen to existing products and solutions?
      • In general, Comptel’s and Axiom’s products are complementary for the most part. Either they provide complementary functionality or the technology required by a particular customer segment. The question of overlaps and complementarities will be thoroughly analysed in the integration process, in close consultation with customers and partners to ensure the smooth business continuation.
    • What happens to our existing points of contacts?
      • The points of contact remain the same, though some functions will obviously be merged eventually to improve service overall
    • What happens to existing contracts?
      • Contracts remain the same, no contractual changes
