    • An Ability: ability to generate new ideas by combining, changing, or reapplying existing ideas.
    • An Attitude: the ability to accept change and newness, a willingness to play with ideas and possibilities
    • A process: Creative people work hard and continually to improve ideas and solutions
  • 21. BARRIERS THAT GET IN OUR WAY
    • Time
    • Why change?
    • Usually don’t need to be creative
    • Habit
    • Routine
    • Haven’t been taught to be creative

    • The little finger : what irritates you/others? in what fields do you seek improvement?
    • Ring finger : choose an item, mindmap/brainstorm, explore
    • Middle finger: generate as many ideas as possible, without being critical.
    • Forefinger: choose the best idea. Make it better, work on it
    • Thumb: put it on the market and enjoy your success!
