Package A : Review current status for compliance for IRS , Franchise Tax Board , Board of Equalization , Attorney General , Tax Assessors Report , past two years tax returns, and any forms for any foundations that you do business with, want to or plan to . Package B : for nonprofits doing less than $50K annual gross income: Review as above with all agencies and filing of required forms Package C : for nonprofits doing less than $50K annual gross income: Complete balance sheet, P &L forms, most recent IRS tax returns, plus filing of all forms in “B” NOTE: We have found that even the “ large ” nonprofits have compliance challenges as their monitoring becomes more cumbersome
